**Terms of Service for Video Production Plans**
 

1. Scope of Services (Campaign-Based Subscription Model)
 

MWM Creations provides professional video production services through an annual subscription model built around strategic planning and campaign-based execution, not time-based production units or individual video deliverables.

Each subscription includes:

• An annual brand and content roadmap developed by MWM

• A defined number of strategic campaigns per year, based on the selected plan tier

• Campaign execution through curated filming sessions

• Multi-format video asset delivery

• Ongoing creative direction and consulting

MWM acts as an outsourced creative department, not a per-video, per-hour, or per-minute production vendor.

2. Campaign Definition & Filming Day Structure

All services are defined and delivered by campaigns, not by:

• minutes of edited video

• number of videos

• editing hours

• filming hours
   

Filming Day Definition

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• Each campaign includes one (1) standard filming day

• A standard filming day consists of up to eight (8) hours of total crew time

• Crew time includes:

  • travel to and from location

  • setup and breakdown

  • lighting and audio preparation

  • scheduled breaks

  • wrap time

Crew time represents total production allocation and is not limited to active recording time only.

Additional filming days, extended crew hours, or multi-day productions may require a scope adjustment or additional approval.

 

 

3. Annual Roadmap Authority

At the beginning of the subscription term, MWM develops an annual roadmap that defines:

• campaign priorities

• messaging direction

• production cadence

• creative scope

The roadmap serves as the primary framework for all services delivered during the subscription period.

Requests outside the approved roadmap may:

• be scheduled into a future campaign,

• require a scope adjustment, or

• be quoted as an additional service.

 

 

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding project requirements and timelines. You are responsible for securing all rights, licenses, and permissions related to any materials you provide.

Delays caused by missing materials, approvals, or client-side scheduling constraints may affect campaign execution timelines.

 

 

5. Project Timelines

Our standard delivery timeline for video assets is 7–9 business days after filming is completed, subject to:

• client responsiveness

• production complexity

• unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

MWM will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays.

 

 

6. Revisions and Changes

Each campaign includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions, available within 30 days of delivery.

• Additional revisions are billed at $250 per revision

• Revisions requested after 30 days may be treated as new work

• If no revision request is received within 30 days, the delivery is considered approved

Revision turnaround time is up to 3 business days, depending on scope.

 

 

7. Enterprise Plan – Editing & Production Flexibility

Clients subscribed to the Enterprise Plan may receive enhanced flexibility in editing and production scheduling, as defined by the approved roadmap or a separate written agreement.

Enterprise flexibility does not imply unlimited filming days or unlimited crew time unless explicitly stated in writing.

 

 

8. Delivery of Final Videos

Final video assets will be delivered in the agreed-upon format and method. MWM retains copies for a limited time but is not responsible for indefinite storage.

Clients are responsible for downloading and archiving delivered assets.

 

 

9. Raw or Unedited Material

Raw or unedited footage may be requested by written request.

• Raw footage is billed at $25 per minute

• A quote will be provided prior to delivery

• Full payment is required before release

Raw footage is delivered via digital download or secure file-sharing.

 

 

10. Filming Day Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 72 hours’ written notice is required to cancel or reschedule a filming day.

• Late cancellations result in the campaign’s filming day being considered used

• No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions

• Exceptions may be granted at MWM’s discretion for extreme circumstances

 

 

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients retain rights to content they provide

• MWM retains ownership of raw footage, project files, and original creative elements

Usage rights are governed by the subscription agreement.

 

 

12. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed except as required by law.

 

 

13. Subscription, Billing & Pricing

Subscriptions are annual commitments.

Clients may choose:

• Monthly billing (12-month commitment), or

• Annual billing, which includes one (1) complimentary month (11 months charged)

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with Section 14.

Pricing changes apply to new subscriptions only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 

14. Cancellation & Early Termination

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however:

• Early termination before the end of the annual term incurs a fee equal to two (2) months of the current subscription plan

• No refunds are issued for unused campaigns or services

• Annual prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable

 

 

15. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

 

 

16. Limitation of Liability

MWM Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of services.

 

 

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.

 

 

18. Amendments

MWM reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
