How long does setup take?

From signed agreement to live screens: typically 4–6 weeks. Discovery and strategy take 1–2 weeks, content production 2–3 weeks, and hardware deployment is scheduled around your business operations.

Do we need new hardware, or does it work with existing TVs?

Both. MWM Screens are commercial-grade media players that plug into any TV with an HDMI port. We can work with your existing TVs or provide new displays — whatever fits your locations best.

Who creates the content?

We do — that's the whole point. MWM's production team handles everything: strategy, scripting, filming, editing, and scheduling. You approve, we produce. Monthly content drops included in every plan.

How often is content updated?

Monthly, at minimum. Every Enterprise plan includes ongoing content production — fresh videos, seasonal campaigns, and promotional content delivered on a recurring schedule.

Can we run our own promotions and specials?
